Peach-Papaya Smoothie

1 cup cold skim milk
1 cup vanilla lowfat yogurt
1 peach, peeled, pitted and cut into chunks
1/2 papaya, peeled, seeded and cut into chunks
2 packets Sweet One granulated sugar substitute


1. Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth, about 1 minute. Makes 3 servings.

Per Serving (1 cup):130 calories, 7 g protein, 25 g carbohydrate, 1 g fat, 5 mg cholesterol, 95 mg sodium

Diabetic Exchanges:1 nonfat milk exchange, 1/2 fruit exchange
